At Al-Syed Jewellers, we value the trust of our customers and strive to ensure every purchase meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, along with the original invoice and packaging.
Custom-made, engraved, resized, or specially ordered jewellery cannot be returned.
For hygiene reasons, earrings, nose pins, and body-worn items are non-returnable.
Products purchased on sale, promotion, or discount are final sale and not eligible for return.
Return Process
Contact our customer service team at support@alsyedjeweller.com within 7 days of delivery to request approval.
Once approved, pack the item securely with its original documents and packaging.
Ship the item back to our store address. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item delivered was defective or incorrect.
All returned items will be inspected before acceptance.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection.
Shipping, handling, and insurance charges are non-refundable.
Items that do not meet the above conditions will be returned to the customer.
